We were lucky with the weather holding out to a warmish, sunny but windy day.
The greens were a lot quicker than expected with balls running through them easily.
A full line up with 52 teams of 3 playing and a lot of balloting out unfortunately.
Many thanks to Carole Wagstaff and her team running everything so efficiently in what was a long day for them with starting tee times at 8.30am and the last players not finishing until after 7pm. Much stamina was needed. Well done.
Thanks to all the players for taking part and many came in smiling, despite their scores!
Congratulations to the winners, now displayed on the Results page

The weather Gods decided to be contrary today, sending a downpour to upset the proceedings.
Many congratulations to those that entered and managed to survive the whole 18 holes in very challenging conditions.
Also to those who attended and played as far as they could manage.
Thank you to the many who attended, and though they decided against playing, gave support to the team and catering staff.
I'd also like to thank the team who helped as starters and on the desk organising everything and those who looked after the one accidental casualty at the end of the day
